Volunteer Project

Whether hiking, biking or just getting my steps in, I love exploring Raleigh’s many parks. So when I was challenged with coming up with a side project that would raise agency awareness and do some good in our community, my idea naturally centered around parks. I set a goal to design and illustrate stickers for our parks that could be sold in stores, online and at art fairs. Three years and three sets into the project, hundreds of dollars have been donated to the Raleigh Parks Department and the stickers have spread awareness and increased park pride.
